Last year we were able to raise over $1,500 for Leukemia Cancer Research and we are back this year to see if we can raise even more! If you are ordering a shirt for a friend/family member/co-worker simply fill out the form with their information and in the box label "Name of Student/Child/Staff Member for Distribution" put their name.
PAYMENT: All payments need to be made by November 7th. If you have not paid for your T-shirt by this date it will NOT be added to the order. All payments need to be brought to room 101 (Mr. DeLorme's room) or turned into the school office in an envelope labeled "Alternate T-Shirt" with your name on it.
NOVEMBER 21st - All T-shirts will be distributed on or before this date. This will also be the date we will all be wearing the shirt in support of the cause.
